Review of Karmic Selling by Stan Gwizdak














Karmic Selling by Stan Gwizdak is a book in which the author explains exhaustively a sales approach where one prioritizes how to help others find solutions while having good intentions and honesty. It's a strategy he has proven to bring goodness back to him, and he's referring to it as Karmic selling. Having grown up in what one would call a humble background, Stan's parents were not able to provide the things that his agemates had, specifically a BB gun, which prompted him to work in sales at an early age. When he grew up, he started climbing the corporate ladder immediately after graduating with a mechanical degree; however, he later began encountering a few corporate disappointments. These disappointments led to his dissatisfaction, which weighed heavily on his heart, yet he simply didn't have the guts to take the necessary steps until a brush with death happened. This caused him to acknowledge how short life is, and it marked a turning point and a new beginning in his life. What's more, this is where Karmic selling came about. In the book, the author gives details of his own experiences and the successes that have come his way accordingly, lessons that readers will benefit immensely from if they decide to read the book and put what they learn into practice.

What I like about the book is the genuine and clean heart the author portrays in it. I believe the author is still applying his strategy and not holding back anything he thinks might help the readers. As explained in Chapter 9, "Remember, by genuinely looking to help people, you’ll ultimately end up helping yourself. That’s what Karmic Selling is all about." I also like the scientific and research studies the author uses to back up his points; this gives the reader reliable information with proper backup, as seen in Chapter 8: "For example, studies have shown that writing things down on paper sparks brain activity—even more than when writing on a tablet or smartphone—potentially optimizing memory." Additionally, I like the wise sayings that serve as food for thought for the reader; readers are going to find more of these in the book. Finally, I like the humor in the book, which makes the book fascinating to read, as seen in Chapter 7. "A great example is the time a client asked me to find them a purple squirrel."

There is nothing I don't like about the book, as the author is extremely engaged and the book is very mind-refreshing.

I rate this book, Karmic Selling by Stan Gwizdac 5 out of 5 stars because of the reasons given above. Additionally, I would depict this book as an uncommon book, the kind that the world needs at this point, one that readers need to take notes on as they read and, if possible, read more than once. It is a life-changing book in which the author is focused, clean-hearted, and very ambitious, but as he climbs up the ladder, he would rather not go up alone; he's kind enough to take others with him.

I recommend this book to those with the dream of climbing up the corporate ladder, especially salesmen of any kind, as they will acquire valuable knowledge and wisdom that is rare to find. It will help them avoid the many mistakes that people in that field make. I also recommend it to those who are tired of the life they are living and have an inner conviction that a change is needed in their lives. This book will help them make the much-needed leap.
