  Delilah, a trainee relationship counselor, is determined to pursue her dream job, but things are proving to be quite difficult. The couples she has been assigned to are leaving her office unsatisfied, to say the least, and her supervisor is concerned about the firm's reputation. She decides to take action before Delilah ruins everything, so she gives her a compulsory leave, and the terms for resuming her duties are seeing a therapist and sorting her out. She halfheartedly agrees, but this unearths a dark past that she is unwilling to revisit. Things go from bad to worse, but what makes her dive fully into therapy is not her job but the love of her life, Noah.
